Meet our Staff

Dr. Jason Flannagan distinguished himself at Indiana University School of Dentistry by receiving multiple clinical achievement awards. Due to his achievement Dr. Flannagan has been part-time faculty at Indiana University School of Dentistry teaching operative and prosthodontic techniques to dental students, since graduation.

Dr. Flannagan was also elected into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (the Highest Dental Academic Achievement Award) which includes only the top 5 % of dentists in the nation.

Dr. Flannagan graduated from Jasper High School in Jasper, Indiana. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with a minor in Business at Indiana University Bloomington Campus, he attended Indiana University School of Dentistry. There he received a Doctor of Dental Surgery with distinction.

He and his wife Jaime, originally from Carmel, enjoy golf, vacationing, and supporting the area sports teams.  They also have a 3 yr old daughter named Ava.  They are excited to welcome another child in 2009.

Kara Wells, LDH

Kara is from Indianapolis and graduated high school from Heritage Christian School in 2003.  She completed Dental Hygiene school at the Indiana University School of Dentistry.  When Kara is not working, she enjoys working out, eating chocolate, and spending time with her friends, family, and husband.

Amy Kazmier

Amy is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and a big Steeler Fan.  She has over 20 years of dental assisting experience and keeps busy with her 2 teenagers, dog, family, friends, garden and outdoor activities.

Pat Estep

Pat and her husband have been married for 42 yrs and reside in Carmel.  When she’s not overseeing First Impressions Family Dental Care’s insurance and billing departments, she enjoys family time with her 2 children and 5 grand children.

Marta Brown, LDH

Marta has been practicing dental hygiene for over 30 years. She has a husband and two daughters, Kara who works here at First Impressions Family Dental Care, and Kayleigh who is a licensed cosmetologist. She enjoys swimming and spending time with her family and dog, Brutus.

Elaine Delmoro, CDA, EFDA

Elaine is originally from Brazil. She has been living in the United States for three years to further her experience as a dental assistant and has earned certifications that reassure excellence. During her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, watching foreign movies, and practicing aerial acrobatics.

Elizabeth Daughtery

Elizabeth is originally from Kentucky and moved here in 2005. She now resides in Noblesville with Mark, her boyfriend of 6 years, and dog Boo-Boo. She enjoys reading, walking outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. She has been a dental assistant for three years and was trained on the job.
