Meet our Staff

Dr. Jason Flannagan distinguished himself at Indiana University School of Dentistry by receiving multiple clinical achievement awards. Due to his achievement Dr. Flannagan has been part-time faculty at Indiana University School of Dentistry teaching operative and prosthodontic techniques to dental students, since graduation.

Dr. Flannagan was also elected into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (the Highest Dental Academic Achievement Award) which includes only the top 5 % of dentists in the nation.

Dr. Flannagan graduated from Jasper High School in Jasper, Indiana. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with a minor in Business at Indiana University Bloomington Campus, he attended Indiana University School of Dentistry. There he received a Doctor of Dental Surgery with distinction.

He and his wife Jaime, originally from Indianapolis, enjoy golf, vacationing, and supporting the area sports teams.

Amy Kazmier

Amy comes to First Impressions Family Dental Care with 20 years of dental experience. She is also an expanded duties dental assistant. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, she now resides in Westfield with her husband and 2 children. The family enjoys golf, outdoor activities and is active with St. Maria Goretti parish.

Amy Stephen LDH

Amy graduated from Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis. She is a graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry, having completed both the Dental Assisting program in 2002 and the Dental Hygiene program in 2004. Amy is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. In her free time, Amy enjoys running, traveling and being with friends.
